Off Sales

Off-Sales are available from the brew house during the normal working hours of the week and can be arranged to be picked up outside of these hours and on a Saturday from the Tap Room Restaurant, (the adjoining building managed by Ann and Seamus’s daughter Frances).

With the summer so close what could be more perfect than a piggin of good quality real ale to refresh you after a hard day’s work or to compliment a barbeque or dinner party.

Off sales provided come in a variety of forms:

By the polypin…
These are plastic containers which come in 18 and 36 pint boxes (pin & piggin in ye olde terms!)  These last for a couple of weeks, perfect for a barbeque or party.  Please ring ahead to arrange collection and payment. (Cash or cheque only).

By the bottle…
We have two bottled beers, Hilden Original Ale, this is a 4.6% ABV bottle conditioned ale and Scullion’s Irish 4.6% filtered ale for a smoother finish.  These can be bought in linen sacks of 4 bottles or by the case (dozen).

We also have the College Green Beers available by bottle. Ask for Belfast Blonde, Headless Dog and Molly's Chocolate Stout for our new range of bottled beers.

Titanic Quarter Beer, a delicious light pale ale imminently refreshing and not too strong at a modest 4.2% ABV.

Cathedral Quarter Beer, a rich warming, premium beer. A classic red Irish ale with a full bodied flavour. 5.3% ABV.

By the cask…
For a more authentic and traditional look, we also offer steel firkins (72 pints) and pins (36 pints) which can be purchased.  The tap and spile are provided, there is a deposit on the casks.  Please feel free to phone to order your cask of beer now!  Good weather should be capitalised on!!!
