College Green Brewery

Messrs Maguire

Moving further South to the lively capital of Dublin. Messrs Maguire brewery started out as a flax and rope suppliers company owned by the Messrs Maguire. However it was the then next door neighbours who were selling whiskey and porter to the sailors, passengers and dockworkers. Carlow Brewing Co.
Carlow, ROI
Further south now takes us to Carlow and the Carlow Brewing Co. Carlow, a small town located in the Barrow Valley Region, the traditional malt and hop producing region in Ireland, once boasted a number of breweries, but the practice had been discontinued for over 100 years until revived in 1998.

Curim Gold is a bright sparkling wheat beer brewed using a blend of pure
malt, torrified wheat and caramalt. It is lightly hopped using Challenger,
Mount Hood and Cascade varieties resulting in a refreshingly fruity beer

ABV
Molings Irish Red Ale is a fruity and aromatic beer. It has a traditional
hop flavour to balance the sweet malty caramel flavours. Brewed with
pale malt, torrified wheat, crystal malt and a generous portion of roasted
barley resulting in a distinctive and memorable smokey/coffee-like finish.
Franciscan Well Brewery

Furthest south is the Franciscan Well Brewery in Ireland’s Rebel county of Cork. Established in 1998 on the North Mall in Cork City, the brewery is built on the site of an Old Franciscan Monastary and well, dating to the year 1219.
